3 tsp of oregano infused olive oil
1 tsp of salt
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Washed the kale in cold water
Massaged kale in Olive Oil, Red Pepper Flakes and Salt mixture after removing stems and slicing into potato chip sized pieces.
Arranged kale on dehydrator tray
Lastly dehydrated Kale at 115 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours. End result will have a light crispy crunch.
